I Face BHT Club Not Letting Me Withdraw My Gaming Balance

I am a user of BHT Club with user ID 6674436, and I have been facing a persistent issue with withdrawing my gaming balance to my UPI account for the past 4–5 days.
Every time I attempt to withdraw my balance, the request is automatically marked as “rejected” without any explanation or error message. Due to these repeated rejections, I am unable to access my own funds, and the app does not provide any clear reason for this issue.
Additionally, there is no customer support or help option available within the BHT Club app, so I have not been able to contact anyone from the platform to resolve this problem.
I request that my withdrawal be processed successfully to my UPI account without further rejection. I also ask that my account be reviewed to ensure I can use the platform safely and without similar issues in the future.
