I am using the BHT Club mobile app in Indore, India, and today I faced a serious problem with the withdrawal process. I had deposited 5,000 INR, and my available balance for withdrawal was 10,000 INR, but when I tried to withdraw this amount, the transaction was rejected by the app. The withdrawal keeps getting rejected, and the transaction is not completed, even though the balance clearly appears as available in my account. I contacted the support team through the app regarding this issue, but did not receive any response, which increases my concern about the safety and usability of the application and my funds. The lack of communication and explanation is making the situation even more worrying. I request that my withdrawal of 10,000 INR be completed as soon as possible and that the technical problem with the app’s withdrawal function be checked and permanently resolved. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of why my withdrawal request was rejected despite having a sufficient available balance in my account.
