BHT Club Took My Deposit But Did Not Add It to My Game Account

I entered a deposit into the BHT Club game, and the money was immediately deducted from my bank account—but it never showed up in my BHT Club account. I waited some time wondering perhaps it was simply delayed, but nothing turned up. To be sure I didn't make a mistake, I even went over everything again; all the information was accurate though. It's quite annoying as I essentially paid for nothing and there isn't appropriate help to address the problem. I have contacted but thus far have not received any useful reply. Starting to appear like they simply grabbed the money and fled. I simply want either the money refunded or for it to be deposited to my account as it should have been in first place.
