I bought a pair of Golden Goose shoes from Beymen, and in only three months, they ripped on both sides. I took them back to the store, hoping for a solution, but they declined to replace them and didn't provide a clear reason. They insisted it was a result of "user error," yet no one could clarify what exact mistake I allegedly made. I felt disappointed by the absence of accountability and clarity, particularly given the cost of the shoes and Beymen’s standing. The staff was very attentive during the purchase, but their demeanor shifted significantly when I required after-sales support. I wish I hadn't relied on them and will definitely reconsider before buying again.
