Asics Refused to Replace My Gel-Nimbus 26 Shoes After They Ripped in Just 2 Months

I got myself a pair of Asics Gel-Nimbus 26 shoes, and after only two months of regular wear, they ended up ripping at the toe. What a letdown! I reached out to the company, and they totally shut me down on the refund, replacement, or any help at all. It's honestly such a letdown. I expected a lot from a brand like Asics, especially given the high price tag. I had a previous pair that had some problems, but I was hoping they’d sorted things out with this newer version. It's really disappointing that they haven't come through, and I'm feeling pretty let down by the product and the customer service. This whole experience has shifted my perspective on the brand, and I’m definitely done buying from Asics.
