Beymen Coupon Not Reissued After Order Cancellation
Due to a previous customer dissatisfaction I experienced with Beymen, a ₺1,300 apology coupon was issued to my account. I used this coupon to place a rug order on April 2, 2026; however, I immediately canceled the order upon realizing that I had selected the wrong size. Despite the cancellation, no product being delivered, and my credit card payment being placed in the refund process, the ₺1,300 apology coupon used in the order has not been reissued to my account. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the coupon was single-use and could not be reinstated. However, considering that the order was not completed, was canceled, no product was delivered, and the financial transaction has not been finalized as my payment is being refunded, I believe the apology coupon should also be reinstated. Any other approach creates an unfair situation against the consumer and does not align with principles of goodwill and customer satisfaction.
