Betway Blocked My Account - Withheld My Withdrawal for Weeks

On March 15, I opened my Betway account and put £120 to begin gambling. At first, everything appeared to be in order; made a few modest wagers on tennis and football. Then all of a sudden my account was blocked on March 25th without any reason. Even though I had already confirmed my account when I registered, they kept my remaining balance of £52.80 on hold for "verification" reasons when I sought to withdraw on April 10th. Weeks later I'm still waiting even though I turned in all the paperwork they requested for—including ID and a utility bill. Their help is more than useless; live chat loops surround you and no real human could escalate to. To be honest, it irritates me and feels as though they are simply hanging onto my money.
