Bet365 Won’t Let Me Withdraw My Winnings Even After 2 Months Of Trying

I've never dealt with poorer customer service than I did with Bet365. I've been attempting to withdraw my winnings for almost two months, and it feels like they're keeping them prisoner. I won a substantial amount, but they immediately blocked my account for "security reasons," which was only the beginning of my issues. Every time I try to withdraw, it either gets stopped in some fraudulent "processing" phase or, worse, they say the money was transferred but nothing has ever been deposited into my bank account. My bank confirmed that no inbound transfers are pending, yet Bet365 maintains reporting that everything is alright on their end. It's quite aggravating, especially because they charge withdrawal fees for transactions that never even complete!
