Unannounced Withdrawal From My Account By BetterMe
Without my knowledge or permission, there were two unauthorized withdrawals made from my account, totaling 420.00 tl and 234.82 tl respectively. How is it that something of this nature can take place without our knowledge? I sent an email but have not heard back from you. I insist that you issue a refund right away. If we are unable to come to an agreement, I will pursue legal action. I demand that BetterMe refunds these charges as quickly as possible.
