Sugo App Unfairly Bans Account for Alleged "Illegal Ads Abusing"
I am using the Sugo mobile app in Saudi Arabia and today my account was suddenly banned for 48 hours. The ban notice states that the reason is “illegal ads abusing”, but in my chats I was only having normal conversations and did not share any kind of advertisement or promotional content. My messages were purely personal and romantic, and sometimes simple phrases like “I’ve followed you”, not commercial or ad‑related in any way. From the screenshots and records of my messages, it can be seen that my activity was regular chatting, not advertising or abuse. I believe this ban is unfair and not based on my actual behaviour in the app. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the 48‑hour ban be lifted if there has been a mistake. I also ask to be clearly informed about which exact messages or actions were considered “illegal ads abusing”, so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
