Unauthorized Withdrawal From My Account by BetterMe
On April 6th, 2025, at 10:38 AM, an amount of ₺699 was withdrawn from my QNB account by BetterMe. This transaction was not made by me and occurred without my knowledge or consent. I request an urgent investigation into this unauthorized charge and a full refund of the withdrawn amount. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I reserve the right to pursue legal action.
