Request to Cancel BetterMe Subscription Due to Poor Experience

I downloaded the BetterMe app, but I've decided to cancel my subscription because I've come across some negative reviews. Regrettably, I have been unable to find a means of seeking help. I would like to cancel my subscription, but I encountered difficulties in canceling it through the Play Store. This was particularly challenging because I did not download the app from there. I should have noticed there was a problem.
