On September 12, 2023, I purchased a monthly intermittent fasting program for 57.80 tl through the BetterMe app. However, I quickly changed my mind and decided to cancel. To my dismay, I couldn't find a phone number for customer support; my only options for contact were email and Instagram messages. I sent an email requesting a subscription cancellation and a refund for the one-month package. I received an email confirmation with a reference number, indicating that they would get back to me. However, there has been no response or refund. Since I can't reach anyone responsible or authorized for assistance, I'm reaching out to you (Xolvie by Şikayetvar) for help. This situation is frustrating, and I hope to resolve it with your assistance.
