Can’t Cancel My BetterMe Subscription—Endless Email Loop

I have been trying to cancel my BetterMe subscription, but every time I click the "Cancel Subscription" option, it just redirects me to my email inbox. Instead of canceling, I only receive an automated email explaining how to cancel, even though I already followed those steps multiple times.

This is extremely frustrating—I need real support, not an endless loop of instructions. Despite doing everything as directed, my subscription remains active, and I’m worried I’ll be charged again.

BetterMe, I need immediate assistance! I request a direct cancellation of my subscription and confirmation that I will not be charged again. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
