BetterMe Unauthorized Transaction

Better Me recently took 115 TL from my card without my permission, even though I'm not a member and don't use the card. They took money from my card without asking me or getting my permission. I want a refund right away for this unauthorized transaction, and I won't let it happen again. I kindly ask that the right steps be taken quickly to fix this problem. If my worries aren't taken care of, I will have to take more steps to protect my rights. Finding out that my card has been used without my permission is very frustrating and scary. As a customer, I expect financial services that are safe and reliable. I hope that the problem will be fixed quickly so that I can trust your services again.
