BetterMe Trial Turned Into an Unauthorized Annual Subscription Charge

I bought a one-week trial package from BetterMe. Upon further investigation following the trial, it came to my attention that I had been billed for a yearly subscription. I just realized the charge, and there are no contact numbers or options to cancel. It appears that they will continue to charge individuals without their consent until it is brought to their attention. Should I consider pursuing legal recourse? Their actions are against the law. I kindly request a refund and cancellation of my subscription. I've heard from others who were still being charged even after canceling. Are you kidding?
