BetterMe App Installation Errors and Crashes

Hello, I installed the BetterMe app, but all I get is errors or the app crashes. It opens, then goes to a white screen and does nothing, or closes completely. If the app actually worked, it looks like it would be interesting, but I'm unable to even say. I would not recommend downloading it; nothing but issues.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
