Hello, I installed the BetterMe app, but unfortunately, I'm encountering consistent errors or the app crashes repeatedly. Upon opening, it either displays a white screen and becomes unresponsive or abruptly closes altogether. While the app appears promising if it were functional, I am unable to assess its features properly due to these persistent issues. Regrettably, I would not recommend downloading it as it seems to be plagued with problems.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
