Because of these repeated wrong odds and voided bets, I have suffered an approximate financial loss and missed winnings of about $140. I find it unacceptable that this technical or system issue is affecting my betting experience and causing financial harm, while the only response I receive is to reset the site, which clearly does not fix the situation. I kindly request that Betsmove refunds the approximately $140 I lost and issues a clear apology for the repeated wrong odds problem and the voided bets. I also expect the underlying issue with the odds and bet settlement to be investigated and permanently fixed so that this does not happen again in the future.
