The odds shown when I placed my bets were not correct, and afterwards my bets were voided by the system. This has not been a one‑time issue; it has happened repeatedly on different events. When I contacted Betsmove customer support about my bets being voided due to wrong odds, they only told me to reset the site. I followed this instruction, but it did not solve the problem. I also tried using a different browser to see if the issue was related to my device or browser, but the same problem continued and my bets kept getting voided. Because of these repeated wrong odds and voided bets, I have suffered an approximate financial loss and missed winnings of about $140. I find it unacceptable that this technical or system issue is affecting my betting experience and causing financial harm, while the only response I receive is to reset the site, which clearly does not fix the situation. I kindly request that Betsmove refunds the approximately $140 I lost and issues a clear apology for the repeated wrong odds problem and the voided bets. I also expect the underlying issue with the odds and bet settlement to be investigated and permanently fixed so that this does not happen again in the future.
