I Deposited to Bets10 and Got Nothing in My Account
I attempted to deposit ₺1.107,46 into my Bets10 account, but the transaction went terribly wrong. The amount was withdrawn from my bank account, yet it never showed up in my Bets10 balance. When I contacted support, they gave me a vague and unacceptable response saying “your name has been canceled.” What does that even mean?
I followed all the proper steps, the money left my bank, but I’m still sitting here with an empty Bets10 account. This is not a small amount, and I demand a clear explanation. Either return the money to my bank account or credit it to my Bets10 account immediately.
This issue needs to be reviewed and resolved without delay. I expect my ₺1.107,46 to be accounted for—right now.
