Bets10 Deposit Not Received – Money Missing After EFT Transfer

I made an EFT/havale transfer to deposit funds into my Bets10 account, but the money never arrived. Normally, deposits are credited within a minute, but this time, an entire day has passed, and my funds are still missing.

I provided the transaction receipt (dekont) to support, but I have yet to receive a proper response or resolution. This is extremely frustrating, as I have never experienced such an issue before. I need my money to be credited immediately, or I expect a full refund. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, or I will be forced to escalate my complaint.
