I Experience Betnano Live Bets Being Removed and Payouts Delayed Every Time

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues on Betnano regarding live betting and delayed payouts. Twice now, I placed live bets where the last match on my ticket was suddenly removed from the live betting section. After the match ended, it took over two hours for the winnings to be credited to my account.

Thinking it was a one-time issue, I placed another bet — but the exact same thing happened again. The final match was pulled from the live section, and even after an hour, my balance remains untouched. This is completely unacceptable!

If Betnano’s system cannot properly track or receive updates from live matches, then do not list those matches for live betting at all! My time, money, and patience are being wasted because of your unreliable infrastructure. I demand that Betnano fix these constant live betting issues immediately and ensure faster, more reliable payouts without forcing customers to chase after their rightful winnings!
