UPTION Account Unblock Request

I have an issue with my UPTION mobile app account, which has been blocked or not approved for about 12 days, and I am unable to use it to send money to Nepal. Because my account is not approved and appears blocked, I cannot complete transfers, and this has created serious difficulty for me. I contacted UPTION support by phone to get help, but we could not communicate properly because of a language problem, so I still have no clear information on why my account is blocked or what I need to do. I have not been able to complete the transaction to send money to Nepal, and I am waiting without any solution. I kindly request that my UPTION account be unblocked and approved as soon as possible so that I can use the application normally and send money to Nepal. I would like this issue to be checked urgently and I expect a clear explanation and support.
