Betgaranti Marked My Winning Bet as Lost Despite Clear Stats Showing 2 Shots on Target
On April 5 at 15:42, I placed a bet on Konyaspor striker Kramer to have 2 shots on target. I watched the entire match live, and he clearly met this condition. Yet Betgaranti marked my bet as lost, and their explanation simply doesn’t add up.
In the first minute, Kramer scored a goal, but it was disallowed. I didn’t expect that to count—and neither did the stat providers, because it wasn't listed as a valid shot on target anywhere. Later, between the 15th and 20th minutes, Kramer took a shot that was saved and pushed out for a corner by the goalkeeper. That’s shot number one. Then, in the final minutes of the match, he had a header on goal that was also saved. That’s shot number two.
I cross-checked this with multiple sources, including Maçkolik and Sofascore, and both confirm Kramer had 2 shots on target. But Betgaranti refuses to acknowledge the data, insisting on the disallowed goal as their only defense. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, and it’s becoming clear that they manipulate results or ignore clear evidence when it suits them.
Even when I contact live support, they keep repeating the same thing and refuse to address the actual stats. It feels like they’re treating users like fools.
