1xBet Showed My Bet as Lost Despite Winning Shots

On August 23, I experienced a serious issue in my 1xBet account (user number: 1167668***) due to a wrong bet calculation. In the 72nd minute of the Hannover 96 - Magdeburg match, I bet on the option “there will be 3 more shots on target,” meaning over 13.5 in total. In the 90+2, 90+5, and 90+7 minutes, the home team made 3 shots on target, so my bet should have won. However, on the site, my bet was shown as lost. I reported the situation to customer service and even sent official Bundesliga statistics and proof showing each shot on target, but these were ignored. Instead, I was told in a mocking way that the calculation was correct, and my problem was not taken seriously. I also have photos proving the situation. Similar issues have happened to me a few times this year, and in total I have lost around ₺20,000. No solution has been offered, and my trust in the site has been completely destroyed.
