Bets10 Marked My Valid Bet as Lost - Ignored Statistics

I played under 31.5 steals in the Bodrum-Kasımpaşa match on Bets10, and although my bet was valid, it is shown as lost. I contacted live support, and they rudely insisted that it was a loss. I even shared official match statistics with them, but they still ignored the facts. I told them to check the statistics, but they still did whatever they wanted. I've been using Bets10 for six years, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me—and it will be the last because I asked them to close my account. You can check the pictures for proof. It's very ironic that such a big company like Bets10 would do this.
