Please Recover My Username And ID

I have been playing the Instamatch game on the website using the phone number 8414838***. On 21 June, I lost access to my game details, and the username and ID linked to this number disappeared and could not be recovered on the site. Since then, I have not been able to access my original Instamatch account through this number, and I cannot see my previous username and ID. I contacted support, but I did not receive any solution to this problem.
