I made a deposit to my 1win account, but the money was deducted from my bank account and has still not been credited to my 1win balance. On 23 April 2026, I deposited 48 USD to my 1win account (ID: 104***) via DuitNow instant transfer from my RHB Bank account to Maybank. The transaction was completed successfully on my bank’s side, and the amount was debited, but my 1win balance has not been updated. The transaction reference ID for this payment is 17752026204640869, and my bank receipt clearly confirms that the payment was completed via DuitNow instant transfer. Despite this, the 48 USD has not appeared in my 1win account. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but I only received automated responses telling me to wait, without any real investigation or concrete solution. No one has checked the transaction using the reference ID I provided, and my problem remains unresolved. I request that 1win immediately verify this deposit using the transaction reference ID 17752026204640869 and either promptly credit the missing 48 USD to my 1win account or issue a full refund to my bank account. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and why the payment was not reflected in my balance despite being successfully processed by my bank.
