I’ve been a loyal Betandyou member for years, but this latest experience has left me completely frustrated. I submitted a ₺5600 withdrawal request 8 days ago, and to this day, I haven’t received my money. I reached out to live support, but their responses are painfully slow—they reply maybe every 1–2 hours, and even then, it’s with copy-paste automated answers.
I provided all the documents they asked for: screenshots, transaction history, everything. Still, the issue is unresolved. There’s zero urgency or care in how they’re handling this.
