On May 18, 2026, at 3:56 p.m., I created a withdrawal request of approximately $436 from my Betandyou account to my Garanti Bank account using the bank transfer method.
On the same day, at 5:34 p.m., I received a notification stating that my transaction had been completed. However, despite the system showing the withdrawal as successful, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account in any way.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately sent all the requested receipts and transaction documents to the company. I was informed that the matter would be fully resolved within 24 hours.
Despite this promise, more than 29 hours have now passed and the money is still missing from my bank account.
During this process, I contacted live support and customer representatives dozens of times. Unfortunately, instead of receiving any concrete information or actual solution, I was repeatedly given generic copy-and-paste responses that did not address my issue in a meaningful way.
Considering both the high amount involved and the fact that the transaction is displayed as “completed” despite the money never arriving in my account, this situation has created a serious loss of trust and concern regarding the reliability of the platform.
I request that Betandyou immediately and fully transfer the withdrawal amount of approximately $436 to my Garanti Bank account without any further delay.
I also request a clear, detailed, and transparent explanation regarding the reason for this delay and why the withdrawal was marked as completed even though the funds were never received.
Because of the negative experience I have gone through during this process, I no longer consider using or playing on this platform again.
