Bets10 Freezes Withdrawal and Requests Excessive Account Verification
Bets10 has frozen my withdrawal request, claiming my "withdrawal process is suspended" and asking for account verification. They are demanding personal documents, including the front and back of my ID or driver’s license and proof of residence.
Although I’ve provided the requested documents, I find this process invasive and unnecessary. I do not authorize any transactions or accounts created under my name, and I refuse to accept any liability for such actions. This level of intrusion is unacceptable for a simple withdrawal. I expect Bets10 to process my request immediately without further delays. Please stop making users go through unreasonable hurdles to access their rightful funds.
