BestDates.com Refused Contact Information Exchange – Request Review

I am a member of Bestdates.com and I have been trying to meet the platform’s requirements so that Iryna 61 and I can exchange personal contact information. I carefully followed the rules, agreed to the required statements and paid for the services requested by the platform in order to reach this stage. I submitted my required documents on Monday, August 30, and Iryna 61 submitted her part on September 2. Despite this, when our request reached the moderators, I received a decline message on September 4, without a clear and understandable explanation of what is still missing or what rule was not met. Up to now I have invested close to 1,000 USD for communication and services on the platform related to this process. I consider it unfair to be declined after fulfilling the written requirements and making these payments, especially when no specific additional requirement or violation has been explained to me. My clear request from Bestdates.com is that the decision be reviewed and that our exchange of personal information with Iryna 61 be approved, or that I receive a detailed written explanation of the exact reason for the refusal, together with an indication of what else is required from me, if anything.
