MeetMe Account Disabled, Please Reactivate

My MeetMe account was disabled about one month ago and I have not been able to use it since. I did not receive any clear explanation about why my account was disabled and I believe this decision is unfair. I contacted MeetMe support and requested that my account be reviewed and reactivated. However, the only response I received was that my account has been permanently disabled, without any detailed reason or evidence being shared with me. This situation is frustrating because I am not given any concrete information about what rule I supposedly violated or how I might resolve the issue. I request that my account be re‑examined, that I be clearly informed of the specific reason for the permanent disablement, and that my account be reactivated if there is no valid or serious violation. If reactivation is not possible, I would at least like to receive a detailed written explanation of the grounds for this permanent decision.
