My Waplog Account Was Banned For No Reason
I am a user of the Waplog dating application on Android and, as of yesterday morning, my account with the profile name “Vera,” registered with the email address xrish***@yahoo.gr was suddenly restricted. I can still log in and see my account, but I can no longer chat, send messages, or send photos. Within the app it is stated that my account was blocked for violating rule number 5, but no clear explanation is provided about what I supposedly did wrong. I firmly state that I have never knowingly violated any of Waplog’s rules and that I use the application in a normal and respectful way. If there have been complaints against me only because I do not always reply to every message, I do not accept that such behavior should be considered an ethical violation or a valid reason to block my communication features. I am also using the Android app version 4.4.3.1 and I have never made any in‑app purchases or had a paid subscription on this account. Because there is no clear support or contact option inside the application for this situation, I am unable to obtain any explanation or direct assistance from Waplog. I feel very uncomfortable being restricted without concrete proof or a fair review process, especially when I am convinced that I have followed the rules. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the reason for blocking under rule number 5 be clearly explained, and that my messaging and photo‑sending features be fully restored if no real violation is found. I also request that Waplog establish and apply a transparent and fair process so that users are not penalized without valid and well‑founded reasons.
