Amore Premium Membership Didn’t Deliver Promised Features

On August 7, 2025, I purchased a $14 Premium membership on the Amore app through the Android platform using my credit card. At the time of purchase, it was stated that I would be able to receive and share phone numbers or social media usernames with other users. However, after purchasing the membership, it turned out that it was not possible to share or receive phone numbers or social media details.

In addition, I am unable to send photos, voice messages, or phone numbers through the app. Even though I tried twice, I encountered the same restrictions each time, and my membership is still active. My username is Mehmet. I have the confirmation email and payment receipt from after the transaction. Because the services provided by the app do not match what was promised, I feel misled and wronged.

I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid.
