My WEPE Coins Disappeared Again from Best Wallet

I really don’t understand what’s going on with Best Wallet. I’ve already filed a complaint before about my WEPE coins disappearing from my wallet. After reaching out, they were restored—but now, the same problem has happened again. My coins have vanished once more, and they’re not showing up in my balance.
I’m clearly stating my issue here: my coins are missing from the wallet again, and I’m asking for help. Why is my complaint being dismissed or ignored just because I’ve raised it before? That doesn’t make the issue go away—in fact, it proves that the problem still exists and hasn’t been properly fixed.
This isn’t a misunderstanding. It’s a recurring problem that’s directly affecting my funds. I trusted this wallet with my assets, but this level of unreliability is unacceptable. I don’t want temporary fixes—I want a permanent resolution that ensures my coins are safe and visible at all times.

As if losing Wepe coin wasn’t enough, now my Flockerz coin, Mind of Pepe coin, Solaxy coin, Memex coin, and BTC Bull coins have also disappeared. Please help me.
