Best Wallet Ethereum Claim - Unstake Failing Transactions, Tokens Stuck

I am using Best Wallet on the Ethereum network and I am unable to claim or unstake my tokens. My transactions keep failing in a loop, so my claimable balance is visible in the wallet, but I cannot actually claim or withdraw it. I started trying recently, and from the very beginning the problem has been constant and occurs every time I attempt to claim or unstake. I contacted Best Wallet support about this, but instead of a real solution I was only sent a YouTube video that does not resolve the issue and does not address why the transactions keep failing. At this point my tokens are effectively stuck, and I cannot manage them as intended through the wallet. I request that Best Wallet promptly fix this claim and unstake problem on my account and provide a clear explanation of the technical reason behind these repeated failed transactions.
