Replacing The Bershka Shirt That Came With The Change Card With One Size Small

got a shirt as a gift but it's a size too small for me, I want to swap it for a bigger size that fits me better. But, even though I've tried really hard to get in touch with the company through different ways, they haven't responded at all.  this really has me scratching my head I mean how many ways are there of getting in touch with a company? I've tried everything to get in touch, like hitting up WhatsApp, calling customer service, sliding into Instagram DMs, and even trying live chat. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back despite my best efforts. It's really frustrating when a company offers a bunch of ways to get in touch but doesn't actually help you out. What a great way to make customers stop coming back.
