Bershka Canceled My Discounted Order and Customer Service Hung Up Without Helping

I just ordered from Bershka with a discount coupon, but they canceled it without telling me why. I reached out to customer service while they were open to get some answers, but they just hung up on me and didn’t even try to call me back. I feel like my issue has been overlooked, and it's really frustrating. I thought I would get better service from a brand that's so popular. Please reinstate my order and resolve the issue quickly.
