Bershka Online Return Page Not Working, Unable to Refund Guest Order
In my first purchase from Bershka’s online store, I ordered a baggy fit hem jeans using my credit card. I placed the order as a guest, without creating an account, and I received the product today. I now want to return it.
However, when I try to start the guest return process, the page does not open after clicking the “hand over to courier” step. I tested this on multiple devices, but the issue persists.
I also tried to contact Bershka customer service, but I could not find a reachable phone number. The WhatsApp live support line only redirects me to an automated assistant and does not provide a solution.
My order number is 40322209336. I request that my return be processed smoothly and that my payment be refunded. I have both the invoice and order details on hand.
