Bershka Only Sent One Item and Hasn't Refunded or Updated Me on the Missing One
I placed two orders with Bershka, but only got one; naturally, the less expensive one. Worse, my order is labeled as "delivered," so they say everything is good. They promised to email me updates and said they would look at the matter when I contacted them to voice grievances. Still, suppose what? Since then, I haven't heard one thing from them. Not emails, no updates, nothing at all. I currently have no second package and no reimbursement. Being left in the dark-like way and not knowing from Bershka clearly irritates me. I feel as if I have been ripped off at this point and simply want either my money back or the goods I bought for.
