On December 3rd, 2024, I bought a body spray from Victoria's Secret through their online store. The item was delivered on 14/03/2024, but unfortunately, the expiration year indicated on the product is 2020. Additionally, the spray bottle has noticeable scratches and damage. Why would a reputable brand like this jeopardize our well-being by sending out expired products? I don't get it. I kindly request for a replacement of the product with an item that has a current expiry date at the earliest convenience. Otherwise, I will take the necessary steps to address this issue.
