On August 10, 2025, I experienced an issue with the Bepanthol Derma Hand and Face Cream that I purchased from Narecza. The product’s expiration date is 01/2026, and the batch number is 2301393. When I first opened the cream, I didn’t notice any pleasant scent, but over time I began to detect an unpleasant odor. Both my son and I found the smell very disturbing.
The cream was stored properly in an air-conditioned room, and we did not experience any other issues such as changes in color, texture, or any skin reactions.
I would like to know whether this situation is considered normal and request clarification regarding the odor issue. I have seen that other users have reported similar problems, and I expect an explanation from the brand.
