Misleading Product Replacement: Beko Fridge with Incorrect Features

basically, the store sold the original fridge we bought during a break, and they sent us a new one with this HarvestFresh thing instead of EverFresh. But guess what? The new one was messed up too and had to be replaced. But, like, the new replacement fridge doesn't have the HarverstFresh thing, and nobody told us about it. It's not cool to assume that the two models are the same, you know? We never even agreed to accept the replacement without the HarverstFresh feature. they didn't really tell us or ask us if we were cool with the new features. it's even against basic communication rules how they're not being transparent and considerate towards us customers. just give us a replacement for what we bought or some kind of compensation for the trouble, not asking for more, need to get what we were promised.
