Long Waiting Process For BEKO Air Conditioner Installation

I bought an air conditioner from Beko last week, but it hasn't come yet, and they say it won't arrive until August. If they had told me this when I was buying it, I never would have bought it. We have a sick person living with us, so we had to move and move the air conditioner ourselves. We are in a terrible situation, and if we had known sooner, we would have bought a different brand. Most companies deliver within 2 days, but no one else makes customers wait for 15-20 days. I don't know what's taking so long, but it's almost the end of summer. We asked if we could do it ourselves, but they said that would make the warranty invalid. They also won't take care of the electrical connection. So, if I'm going to hire an extra technician anyway, why not just get a regular one instead of waiting?

How many times have we called, and every person we speak to says that they have reported it and the date will be moved up, but each time no one has informed anyone, and the date remains the same. Everyone we call says the same thing. In that case, give us a refund so we can buy from another company and not be left hanging.
