I just bought the Beko B50 B880 LED TV model. I wasn't happy with the quality of the picture from the start. It wasn't as colorful as the way it was shown at the store. I decided to return the TV because of this, but when I asked for a refund, I was turned down. Even worse, the screen has been showing horizontal lines for the past few days. I put in a request for service, and the tech told me that the screen needs to be replaced. Having a TV that is only a year and a half old break down is very frustrating. I want a unit that is the same as the one that is broken.
