Beko TV Screen Problem

I purchased a Beko television four months ago. Two months ago, I began experiencing issues with the screen's lighting. When I contacted their technical service about the malfunction, they responded rudely, stating that they couldn't assist. They showed no interest in repairing the product, which clearly suffered from poor quality and design flaws. It's frustrating to see a company that treats its customers this way, especially when it comes to quality management through technical service. There doesn't seem to be an engineer or expert available to address your concerns. I'm starting to doubt if this brand truly meets European standards.
