Brand New Beko Cooker Color Fading on Burner Caps, Low Quality

On May 10, 2023, I purchased a Beko stove with oven, model BFE 400, from Beko. Unexpectedly, a long line of color fading appeared in the lower front section of the oven, seemingly out of nowhere. Upon closer inspection, neither scratches nor cracks were present, indicating that this issue occurred on its own. Additionally, in the past, there was an issue with the enamel paint on the burner caps of the stove, which required a service visit to replace them. Unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with the quality of Beko's products. Coincidentally, we also acquired a Beko refrigerator around the same time. Shortly after delivery, it had to be replaced due to a factory defect. These occurrences have left us rather dissatisfied with the overall quality and performance of Beko's appliances.
