My Beko dryer started a fire, and without the fire brigade, my house would have been gone. It's been a tough month dealing with Beko. On February 8th, right after turning on the machine, smoke began coming out, and even after quickly unplugging it, flames burst out. While I was trying to put out the clothes with water, I called the fire department because the drum was shooting out fiery debris, and the machine was on fire from the inside. It was obvious I couldn't deal with this fire by myself. The firefighters put out the fire and submitted a report. Beko checked all the installations in my home, confirming no issues there and acknowledging the problem came from the machine. They had an independent expert come and evaluate the damage in my home. Even though all expenses have been covered, Beko says the process is still pending with the expert after a month. The specialist is currently waiting for approval from Arçelik Beko. Customer satisfaction doesn't exist. "You get what you pay for," my dad always said, and he was spot on. Even with a warranty, the problem of replacing the machine or compensating for the damage is still not resolved after a month. If I had walked out of the house after turning on the machine, I'd be without a home today. I was so worried and anxious until the fire department showed up. I'm never going back to Beko Arçelik. I phoned them later that day, crying, and begged them to come see the state of my house, emphasizing that a four-year-old child resides there. I inquired about waiting without cleaning the house, but no one bothered to show up. This was a serious situation! All my other appliances are from the B** brand, and I've never had to get them fixed in a decade. After this bad experience with Beko, I hope others don't encounter the same problems.

They came and checked but then when i ask they say that we are waiting a report from independent exper but when i ask to exper he says that the report was sent and waiting for Beko's approval!! Who says right???
