Incorrect Refrigerator Model and Misleading Service of Beko

On April 17, 2025, I purchased a refrigerator from the authorized Beko dealer in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ. At the time of purchase, I clearly stated that I needed a model with a left-hinged door. I chose the product after confirming this need, and I was told that the information had been noted during the order process. However, I was never informed that the refrigerator I purchased does not support door direction change. This key detail was not communicated to me by the sales personnel, who misled me with incomplete information. On April 18, 2025, when the delivery team arrived, I asked whether the product had a left-opening door. The technician responded that if it didn’t, they could change the door direction. Based on this, they unpacked the refrigerator. When I requested the change, they said a special kit was needed and that it would be ordered, promising to return within a week. A week passed with no updates. When I followed up through customer service, a new technician came and informed me that this model does not allow for door reversal at all. I had to reach out again to confirm this through another technician. I am extremely disappointed. I would never knowingly buy a refrigerator with a door that opens the wrong way. If I had been told the truth from the start, I would not have accepted delivery or installation. The store delivered the wrong product. The installation team failed to inform me properly. I was misled about the possibility of reversing the door. Now I am left with a refrigerator that opens in the opposite direction of what I needed and cannot be changed. They now say it cannot be returned because it was unboxed. This is unacceptable. I demand a product replacement, or I will pursue this matter with the Consumer Rights Court. I am filing a formal complaint against both the seller and the service team for negligence and misinformation. Many customers have faced similar issues—this needs a permanent solution. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will take all necessary legal action.
